Directions from I-95
From I-95, take exit 140 east toward Stafford on Courthouse Road. In Stafford, turn right onto Jefferson Davis Highway / Route 1. After 2.2 miles, at the top of the hill, turn left onto Eskimo Hill Road. The road immediately turns to the right, then back to the left. If you miss the first turn you'll dead end on Big Springs Lane. If you miss the second turn, you're on State Shop Road, which will come back to Jefferson Davis Highway. Stay on Eskimo Hill Road for 1.9 miles, then turn right onto Potomac Run Road. After 0.9 miles, turn left onto River Farm Drive into the Potomac Run development. After 0.3 miles, turn left onto Revell Road. Hadley Hall is the 2nd driveway on the left. The house is barely visible from the road, being through the trees and down over the bank.
Directions from the east
On the east side of the Rappahannock River, take Route 3 Business toward Fredericksburg. After 0.7 miles, turn right on Cool Springs Road. Continue straight through the next traffic light where the road name changes to Deacon Road / Route 607. After 1.3 miles, at the next traffic light, turn left onto Leeland Road / Route 626. After 2.1 miles, having crossed over the railroad, turn left onto Potomac Run Road, at the "No Outlet" sign. If you miss this turn, Leeland Road will cross over the railroad again, and then dead end. After 1.4 miles, turn right onto River Farm Drive into the Potomac Run development. After 0.3 miles, turn left onto Revell Road. Hadley Hall is the 2nd driveway on the left. The house is barely visible from the road, being through the trees and down over the bank.
