Sudentorre Updates for Fall 2025
Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve had quite so much news for you! Let’s start with an important website update – we now have a Canton calendar to help you keep track of when things are happening.
Upcoming Classes
These are the classes currently scheduled for Fall 2025. If you have a class you are interested in seeing on the calendar or teaching, get in touch with the Minister of Arts & Sciences. We can add to the schedule for this fall or plan something for next year.
European Renaissance Dance
We will continue to meet at the Fredericksburg branch of CRRL in the theater room on Tuesdays from 6-8pm. As always, no experience needed, all are welcome! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you would go walking in. We also have board games for your seated enjoyment.

Arts & Sciences Nights at the Library
We have some A&S classes scheduled at the Fredericksburg branch of CRRL in the meeting room 3 on Tuesdays from 6-8pm. Detailed descriptions for each class can be found on the calendar.

- September 30th: Goldwork Embroidery (Or Nu)
- November 25th: Coins and Economics in the Bronze Age
Update: We will now also have a Nalbinding class on October 28th in meeting room #1!
Business Meetings Update
Business meetings continue to take place the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm. However, we have a NEW Google Meet link for them.

Marshalled Activities
Rapier/fencing practices will be moving back to the University of Mary Washington in August. Watch this space for more information. For other marshalled activities check out the Stierbach Baronial Calendar.
Demonstrations
Dogmart
The Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Chapter of the Izhaak Walton League is hosting the annual Dogmart celebration on September 27th. We will be participating in the historical reenactment and bringing information on the history of dogs as usual. Late period Elizabethan attire welcomed!
RenFaire
We are participating in a demonstration at Adventure Brewing’s Renaissance Faire on October 18th. More details to come!
